Living the Power of Presence – 5 Online Lessons
Register now for this 5 week course exploring the Power of Presence with Dr. Richard Moss. Each week you will receive one lesson and one reminder that includes an audio recording with Richard, a written lesson, journal assignment, activity and meditation. These lessons explain the many ways in which we are pulled out of our center. Living out of our center moves us away from the ability to experience joy, expansion, connection and peace; hence, we exist in the constructs of our mind that bring us suffering, contraction and disconnection.
Mastering the Power of Presence – 8 Online Lessons
This course is designed to assist and encourage a deeper integration and understanding of the Mandala of Being. This deeper study allows examination and understanding of living in the present, and how increasing our ability to stay in the present also enhances and improves our quality of life. Each week you will receive lessons that include experiential activities, password protected online journal and audio recordings with Dr. Richard Moss.
It is highly recommended that you complete the 5-week Living the Power of Presence before taking this 8-week course.
