Welcome to an adventure in learning essential mind. The Mandala of Being model for transformation teaches you where your attention has gone when you leave the present moment. It helps you liberate yourself from limiting beliefs and behaviors, live from the power of presence, and respond to any situation with maximum clarity, balance, and joy.
This special gathering to do deep work with Richard is taking place in the expansive energy of the lovely Sivananda Ashram on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Being at the ashram allows you to combine meditation and consciousness work with rest, ocean and beach time, according to your own pace.
The time with Richard is blended into the life of the ashram which is built around the Vedanta tradition.
There are two sessions a day with Richard and in addition you can attend the morning and evening chanting and wisdom talks as well as yoga classes if you so choose.
Richard will be speaking to the whole ashram during the evening “satsang” talks. Whatever your soul is inviting you to open to, this will be a time to really ask, listen, and learn in a very supportive energy so that you can move forward with whatever essential changes you want or need to make at this time in your life.

Discovering the Power of Presence
Many people obstruct their innate potential through repeated patterns of emotional struggle and suffering. This practical, hands-on guide explains why and how people habitually fall into this trap and provides a program, easily incorporated into everyday life, that frees them from this destructive behavior. Richard Moss plays the role of wise shepherd, accompanying and encouraging the reader on a journey toward the genius within and away from fear and other limitations. Most importantly, he offers an always-available compass that directs readers back to the true self, and into the magic of the present moment.
In addition while at Sivananda, Richard then gives the evening Satsang on the 2nd and 3rd May, with a workshop on the 3rd between 12 and 1:30PM.
So people who come to be with Richard for his Deep Work workshop can stay on, do yoga, rest at the beach, and also be with him at the Satsangs. Really a joy for Richard last time and hopefully this next time too. See More
