In an evolutionary sense, mind or specifically intellect has dominated heart and body wisdom. We have let our belief systems and thinking conjure our feelings and forced our bodies to attempt to fulfill mind-made goals to the point where many of us now are desperate with a sense of overwhelm. Our capacity to live in our bodies and listen deeply to our feeling nature in present-moment awareness and let that wisdom guide the mind has been possible only to a limited few sages and saints of our history. But we are now at an evolutionary turning point. We must learn to live from the awakened heart, letting it guide the mind, and no longer from the old pattern of mind dominating heart.
