For too long, and in many ways unintentionally, we’ve tried to organize our world from disjointed mental constructs. This fragmented perspective of the world has led to more and more personal imbalance, social violence and increasing environmental degradation. In this workshop, we will examine how to engage heartful, embodied intelligence to transform disconnected, fear-based and limited thinking and behaviors into nourishing and respectful life choices. We will learn how to bring ourselves and others home to a place where our decision making comes from a deep sense of wholeness and connection with our bodies and hearts.
Depth coaching is about making pieces into wholes and developing a resilient capacity to come back again and again to the wisdom that arises from the fundamental alignment between body and feeling. It is about helping ourselves and others move from a disconnected, cognitively oriented representation of reality to an embodied, heartful sense of wholeness.
From our own state of embodied integration, we become instruments for serving others in living fulfilling and nourishing lives. We become a fountain of restorative potential for our clients, our families and our communities and become a medium for helping others rebalance their lives.
In this program we will explore processes that enrich our capacity to coach others into greater states of wholeness and presence. We will learn how to approach coaching through the body, the voice, movement and receptive listening. Some key topics include:
– Shifting more readily from a fragmented perspective to a fluid and harmonious state of being
– Developing the capacity for subtle and receptive listening
– Learning to create states of greater presence in self and others
– Identifying and transforming limiting thoughts, emotions and beliefs
