Presence and the Art of Intimacy

Richard offers participants an experience of touching deeper places within themselves, by meeting with profound awareness, the essence of what life brings.

When we are caught in our ego identity, we become defensive and self-protective, and project our judgements and fears (or admiration) onto others. We feel disconnected and intimacy and relationship become difficult.

Through awareness practices and experiential processes which Richard has developed and refined for many years, you will be shown how to arrive back to a more authentic and essential self, enabling you to tap into your own inner wisdom.

These techniques involve learning how to listen into the profound aliveness that exists in the present moment. You will learn how to activate your energy body and become alive in this field of energy. This becomes a place of attuning, where you enter into a deep silence that is both vibrant and alive.

Once you are attuned to yourself, you are capable of deeper and more intimate relationships. Through this weekend, you will become aware of how the relationship with yourself is inseparable from your relationship with others and with everything around you. This is fundamentally inseparable from your relationship with the Divine, that deeper intelligence that goes beyond our understanding, which Richard calls the ‘sublime’ mystery. This seminar invites you to open to mystery in such a way that it enriches your relationship to Self, Other and the Divine.

NOTE: Attendance at this workshop and one other workshop will qualify participants to apply for the next Mentor Program scheduled to begin in Spring 2016.
