Teammates

Richard is deeply grateful to the people who are part of his team and help him present the work. He knows that his work emerges from a place of shared relationships and shared responsibilities. Simply put, he knows that without the people who join his team there would be no transformational teaching. It is a sense of connection that brings him joy and gratitude everyday.

Lucie Nerot

For 15 years Lucy has been journeying with the 5 Rhythms wave, and teaching this practice since 2004 (to adults, teenagers, “abled” and “disabled” people) in Europe, Asia and the United States. She has been deepening her teaching through her own journey into consciousness, ongoing training with other teachers (A. Juhan) and through the experience of offering ongoing work to closed groups who want to dive into the practice (“Art of Dance and Dance of Art,”  “Journeying with Archetypes,” “Connexions,” “The Human Paradox,” “5 Rhythms Laboratory”).

Lucy is passionate about the quest for our essence and combines movement with symbolic studies and art (A. Jodorowsky), energy and consciousness (R. Moss) and the expression of emotions (E. Jalenques).

My work as a French-English interpreter for international talks and seminars in the field of personal development gives me the privilege of working with accomplished teachers in coaching, therapy, spirituality. For more information visit Lucy’s website.
